Which treatment for which scar

What to expect

Can acne scars be removed completely?
Dark marks often clear. Pitted scars usually improve a good deal but seldom vanish entirely. The doctor will give you a realistic estimate after seeing them.
How many sittings are needed?
Several, spaced some weeks apart. The number depends on the depth and extent of the scars.
Which is better for scars, a peel or a dermaroller?
They do different jobs. Peels suit marks and shallow unevenness, and the dermaroller suits pitted scars. Many people need both.
